Your 30 minute Infrared Sauna Session is in a private room with all the amenities you need. Towels, Robes, Toiletries and a large bottle of water. Music is also provided but you are welcome to connect to Bluetooth with your phone to personalize your comfort level. The sauna has a backrest, temperature controls, timer, thermometer and a bamboo body wisk for circulation.
