Ayurvedic Thai Massage adds the methodology of assessing your Dosha Constitution (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) in order to personalize your session according to your state of health. This may mean working lighter or deeper, faster or slower, and/or using particular scents that will help balance your Dosha. 

Thai Massage is done on a soft mat in comfortable, flexible clothing. This particular type of bodywork utilizes tai chi, rocking, compressions and stretches. The therapist uses hands, feet, elbows, and knees to facilitate the process.  No body oil is used, however essential oil is used for the Marma face massage.
